Shipping Policy

At Mejwani Spices, we take pride in ensuring that your spices are delivered in perfect condition and in a timely manner. We are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience to all our customers.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
• Other Locations: 3–7 working days
• Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 10 working days

💰 Shipping Charges

We charge a minimal flat shipping fee of ₹30 per order, which helps cover safe packaging and fast delivery. Free shipping may be applicable for select bulk/seasonal orders.

🔁 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the order is not delivered due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability of recipient, the order will be returned. In such cases, the customer will be charged ₹30 re-delivery fee.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this to track your package in real time.
