Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Mejwani Spices follows a “no questions asked return and refund policy.” Customers may return the product at the time of delivery if unsatisfied with its quality. If you’re unavailable during delivery, a complaint must be raised within 24–48 hours. To help improve service, sharing images of the dissatisfactory items is mandatory. The returned product will be replaced with a new one if justified. If the wrong items are received, we will replace them at no extra cost.

If delivery fails during the first attempt due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged. For re-delivery, an extra ₹30 will be applied.


Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.


Refund Policy

Mejwani Spices does not offer refunds. However, we will replace any product packets that are found to have manufacturing defects.


Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

To initiate a replacement:

  • Customers must provide clear images of the damaged or defective product for verification.
  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement product will be re-delivered within 7 days of acceptance.
